This is the course that you need to refresh the basics of taking care of yourself. All through health, fitness and wellness in a way that works just for you and your lifestyle. It covers everything you need to get started over 5 weeks.
Who this is for
Someone who is busy, and maybe was once more physically active and had healthier lifestyle, but has gotten busy with being an adult and life. Or maybe for someone has never really been into exercise or eating “healthy”. You may feel overwhelmed with your life and not feel so good as you used to, physically and mentally. A bit discouraged. Self care and exercise seems like too much to take on, and you wouldn’t even know exactly where to start and how to keep it going in your life.
You might be experiencing:
- Some medical issues like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high blood sugar, etc.
- Feeling lower energy, sluggish, less motivation than you once did
- Loss of strength or endurance
- Body may have changed due to either undesired weight gain or loss
- Lacking muscle definition that you desire
- Feeling older, a bit lackluster

My story:
By 2012 I had been out of shape for several years, working at my busy office job, and very stressed. I used to be generally in shape and feel pretty good. Somehow through stress and lack of joy I gained over 20 pounds, which doubled my pant size. Each time I’d need to go up a size I’d try to hold off, but had to choose comfort over numbers. My routine and my life had taken over. I was stressed and depressed, coming home from work to eat whatever sounded good- I remember pizza, pasta, chips, sweets were all part of my regular diet with no limit in sight lol. I’d feel depressed and just sink into social media to distract myself for hours. Blah! Then in the summer of 2012 I decided to start jogging, which I used to do years before. I soon injured my knee for not having enough strength to protect my joints while running. I wound up in physical therapy, and I just felt good taking care of my body, moving it and learning how. I ended up falling in love with fitness and just taking care of myself. It made me feel good, I had more energy, and felt 10 years younger than before. My pant sizes dropped back to what they used to be, and those health issues faded away. Since then I’ve been passionate about taking care of myself through fitness, nutrition, and wellness. All In a way that is in flow with my life, I do whatever movement feels good to me on any given day, I eat intuitively and get to enjoy my favorite dark chocolate on a regular basis.
